So what do you think of the winners?
I was pretty surprised that Borderlands 2 or Assassin’s Creed III didn’t take the top honor but I can’t say that I’m am all that disappointed. I have really enjoyed the Walking Dead video game so far (I’m on Chapter 4 still) and I have consistently thought the whole time that they were releasing it that was a really clever way to set up a game.Journey as the best score winner was far from surprising. I mean, the game just got nominated for a Grammy for the score. If it hadn’t gotten that award tonight then it would have been the show’s biggest snub. The music for that game is absolutely beautiful so I am glad to see it is getting as much recognition as it can. While I think it’s certainly a contender, it’s unlikely that Journey’s Wintory will beat such names as Shore, Zimmer, and Williams in February.Lastly, it’s not cool putting down Dawnguard as the top DLC when it’s not been made available to everyone yet, Spike. Low blow. Really low blow.
